OIL & FILTERS
Oil is like lifeblood for your vehicle – lubricating the engine and absorbing the heat caused by friction when different parts move and rub against each other. The oil breaks down over time and wears out – becoming less effective. Ideally, the oil will be changed before it reaches this point, which involves replacing old engine oil with new, fresh oil.
Filters clean dirt and particles from the oil to prevent them from causing any damage, and should be replaced at every oil change.

How often should the oil be changed?
It depends on various factors, such as how you drive your car and how old the engine is, but we would recommend every 3 months or 3000 miles.
What’s the difference between synthetic and conventional motor oil?
Conventional oil is a direct derivative of crude oil, whereas synthetic oils tend to contain additional lubricants that increase the oil’s ability to keep engine parts slick. This can also decrease long-term wear, helping your engine to last longer.
Can I change the oil myself?
Yes you can, but be warned, it can be a messy job! Why not save yourself the trouble and let us take care of it for you?
